OneSight to Chile June 2019
Imagine if your child couldn’t see the blackboard clearly because they needed glasses but had no way to get them. That’s the reality for 1 in 7 people around the world. But you can help to change that.

In June, we will be sending a team of volunteers to Chile for a charitable vision clinic. While there, the team will provide comprehensive eye exams and create new, top-quality glasses for those in need on-site.

OneSight is committed to providing everyone with access to clear sight so they can fulfill their potential to learn more, earn more, and live better. And we can’t do that without the generous support of people like you who want to help and are willing to donate. We can’t say enough how much we appreciate your support.

When you invest in contact lenses or eyeglasses from our optical dispensary we will donate to Optometry Giving Sight to help bring eye exams and glasses to children who need them around the world. As eye care and community leaders in Kahului, we believe it is our obligation to help children reach their full potential through the gift of sight. By supporting effective, inclusive, and sustainable eye health initiatives around the world, with a community of like-minded practices and select industry partners, we hope to impact 20,000 children’s lives by providing them with access to eye care.

Optometry Giving Sight is the only global fundraising initiative to specifically target the prevention of blindness and impaired vision by providing eye exams and glasses. More than 600 million people around the world are blind or vision impaired because they do not have access to the eye examination and glasses they need. Donations allow Optometry Giving Sight to help fund the solution by supporting programs that train local eye care professionals, establish vision centers for sustainability, and deliver eye care and low-cost glasses.
